Welcome to FindMySpot, a mobile application owned and operated by V P Trading PLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the FindMySpot app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FindMySpot, you confirm that:

FindMySpot helps users locate parking spaces but does not guarantee availability or parking quality. You agree to use the app responsibly and acknowledge that:

• The app provides information based on data from third-party providers, which may not always be accurate or up to date.
• Parking arrangements and fees are determined by third-party providers or owners of parking spaces, not by us.

3. User Responsibilities

When using FindMySpot, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration or usage.
• Refrain from unauthorized access or tampering with the app or its systems.
• Use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V P Trading PLC is not liable for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or unavailability of parking spaces.
• Loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or property while using a parking space located via the app.
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.

5. Third-Party Services

FindMySpot may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or terms of these third-party services. You agree to review their terms and conditions separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in FindMySpot (e.g., software, trademarks, logos, etc.) are the exclusive property of V P Trading PLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the app for violations of these Terms or any misuse of the app.

8. Privacy

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
